We currently deliver products within Uganda. In the future, delivery may be expanded to other countries in East Africa. Delivery availability and options are shown during checkout.

All products are subject to availability.

5. Prices

All prices are displayed in UGX and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Delivery costs (if applicable) are shown during the checkout process.

Orders are placed through our website using a checkout process.

During checkout, you will be asked to provide your contact details, including your phone number, which is required for order processing and payment.

After placing an order:

  • You will receive an order confirmation by email
  • This confirmation does not mean that the order has been accepted or paid

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order.

Payment is currently made via a payment request sent to your phone number.

After placing your order:

  • You will receive a payment request via Mobile Money (such as MTN MoMo or Airtel Money)
  • Payment must be completed before the order is processed and delivered

We reserve the right to cancel orders that are not paid within a reasonable timeframe.

8. Delivery

We offer the following delivery options:

  • Free delivery within Kampala
  • Delivery outside Kampala via parcel services (costs may apply)

Delivery will only take place after payment has been successfully received.

We aim to deliver within the indicated timeframe, but delivery times may vary depending on location and local conditions.

We are not liable for delays beyond our control.

9. Returns and Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days after receiving your order.

Returned products must be:

  • Unused
  • In original condition
  • In original packaging

To request a return, please contact us via email.

Refunds will be processed after the returned product has been received and inspected.

Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
